Q. I have an unusual commission plan. Will ComPro work for me?
A. ComPro is designed to work with companies who base the agents split level on the commission income that the agent generates. Agents "work their way" though the levels as their gross commissions increase. Other commission plans that do not track by total commission earned are not supported. Company dollar plans could be converted to GCI if the user chooses.
Q. My plan is based on GCI (gross commission income) but I use a rolling average of XX months. How will ComPro work for me?
A. Unlike your sales management software, individual transactions are not entered into ComPro. Instead the user enters the estimated GCI. Since the software does not know what month a transaction closes in, it does not calculate based on a rolling average. HOWEVER, ComPro allows the user to enter a minimum split percentage. In-other-word, an agents split will never go below the minimum entered. This helps to more accurately calculate company dollar for plans based on a rolling average.
Q. We share a fixed percentage fee with the agents based on their commission split. Will ComPro calculate this for me?
A. Yes, ComPro will allow you the flexibility to share it with the agent, for the agent to pay it all, or for the office to pay it all. You can even setup one deduction to be shared and ANOTHER to be paid by the office after the split.
